For brands like Esprit, Carrera and Pierre Cardin, you could visit Khimani's Egana Studio. Then there's also the Khimani Watch Company, which has over 30 national and international brands, First Citizen- an exclusive Citizen showroom for customers looking for international brands in the price bracket of Rs 3,000 and Rs 15,000 and the Godavari Watch Company - an exclusive Bentex showroom at Lokhandwala.

The USP of Khimani's stores is his customer service for which he has acquired immense goodwill over the years. In the 80's when all the mechanical watched required frequent after sales-service, he invested in creating a service infrastructure by hiring trained technicians, maintaining spare parts and investing in tools. He would do minor repairs for his customers free of charge, when other retailers would charge a minimum fee of Rs. 50 and this strategy paid off - the percentage of repeat customers at Khimani Watch Co & Swiss Paradise is 60 percent and 40 percet respectively.
